What happens if my flight is delayed — or lands early?

Nothing you need to do. We monitor your flight in real time and your chauffeur adjusts automatically, whether you land three hours late or forty minutes early. Your complimentary 60-minute waiting period starts from the actual landing time, and the fixed price does not change.

What's included in the fixed price?

Everything: meet & greet with a name board, real-time flight monitoring, 60 minutes of free waiting, airport parking, and the journey itself. There is no surge pricing, no meter and no hidden extras — the price you book is the price you pay.

How long does Heathrow to Central London take?

Typically 30–45 minutes to the West End via the M4 corridor, depending on the time of day. Weekday rush hours (07:00–10:00 and 16:00–19:00) can add 20–30 minutes — your chauffeur routes around traffic in real time.

How much luggage fits in each vehicle?

The Mercedes E-Class and S-Class carry 3 passengers with 2 large cases; the BMW 7 Series 3 passengers with 3 cases; the V-Class 7 passengers with 8 cases; and the 16-seater Sprinter handles 16 passengers with full luggage. For golf bags, skis or extra cases, mention it at booking.

Are child seats available?

Yes — complimentary infant, child and booster seats are fitted on request at booking; you are also welcome to bring your own. Licensed chauffeur vehicles may legally carry children without a child seat in the rear, but we always recommend reserving the correct seat for your child's age.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes — cancellation and amendments are free up to 48 hours before your pickup time. Flight changed? Just send us the new flight number and we re-schedule at no charge.

Do you operate at night — my flight lands at 2am?

We operate 24/7, every day of the year. Night arrivals are met exactly the same way — chauffeur in arrivals, name board, flight tracked — with no night-time surcharge on the fixed price.

Do I tip the chauffeur?

Tipping is entirely discretionary and never expected. If you feel your chauffeur went above and beyond, a gratuity is always appreciated — but the fare is complete as booked.
